When Bontle Modiselle stepped onto the AFI MMA Black Carpet in Mbombela earlier this year, she looked like royalty. Adorned in stunning metallic jewellery, the choreographer and actor's look was a showstopper. The circular metal discs cascading down her décolletage were the work of Ditsala Designs.
Ditsala Designs is a South African brand founded by Koketso Mohlala and has been a partner of House of Nala for over a year. The award-winning jewellery designer has built a loyal following thanks to her affordable and stylish pieces.
Inspired by the popular South African soap opera, Isidingo: The Need character, Parsons Matabane, Koketso started designing jewellery as a teenager. Years later, she's gained celebrity fans and even contributed to Mzansi Magic's Shaka Ilembe TV drama.
